Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery for WalkFit normally takes 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Standard Delivery for WalkFit Platinum is £3.95 on all orders over £15 and FREE if you buy two pairs.

Standard Delivery for our Dermatonics, SR+ Vitamins and Gel Cushions range is £1.99.

Please note that unfortunately as WalkFit is not registered as a Medical Device in the EU, we cannot ship to Northern Ireland under the new 'Brexit' set of regulations. We are very sorry about this restriction which is not in our control.

 

Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery is £5.95. Orders made before 1:30pm will be received within 1-2 days including Saturdays. Orders made after 1:30pm will be delivered the day after.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after the original purchase date and get a full refund. In case you would like to return the product please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and be returned in the original packaging.

You will be refunded directly back to the Payment card / PayPal account used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from the point we have received the returned product.
