I was dubious at first as I have suffered for 20 years with spurs and arch problems. I have started off with the low arch and have been wearing them ever since and find that my arch feels better. For the price, if you are suffering definitely give them a go. They are very soft under the heel where my spurs are and this is a nice relief to the usual arches I wear.
